Not Likely, But...: I am not aware of any data that suggests those side effects from masturbation per se. NO: At its worst "eyestrain" can cause mild discomfort above the eyebrows.  See your doctor for evaluation.

Sick: certainly you could have gotten a viral infection while traveling.  make sure you are drinking adequate fluids.
If no better in another day or two, I would see your primary care physician or go to an urgent care facility.
I don't think at this time you need to go to the emergency department,  unless the symptoms get worse or you develop other symptoms.

: Your symptoms could be caused by many things but most commonly they occur with dehydration, That you jump right to posture is telling since it has nothing to do with any acute issue and everything to do with self-image or what someone else has told you. To a doctor "unstable neck" is an emergency but you add it as a random afterthought. Ask about these issues separately or better yet, see a doctor

Possibly: If you have episodes where your heart rate is faster than it should be, which is common with a-fib, the symptoms you describe may be related to the a-fib.  It is also possible that medications that you are on for the a-fib are effecting your blood pressure - which may be more noticeable with position changes (going from standing to sitting).  Both possibilities should be evaluated by your doctor.

Orthostatic change: Problems with maintining blood flow to the brain stem. You might be dehydrated, have low blood pressure, autonomic neuropathy or medication side effect (bp med).

Many reasons: There can be many reasons for this. A common reason includes orthostatic hypotension from dehydration, in which case adequate hydration and getting up slowly and pausing for 15-30 seconds before walking may help. i was on 100 mg of topamax (topiramate) for over 7 yrs.10 days ago i stopped taking it.i feel dizzy and my eyesight is blurry.how long will it last.is this normal?

Big No-No!: Stopping anticonvulsion medication suddenly can cause serious problems. For example may increase the risk of seizures. The best thing to do is see your treating physician and get a schedule for tapering it off gradually.
