Pcp pneumonia: This is a kind of pneumonia that was described in malnourished starving children with progressive x ray findings in both lungs. It is now known that this is causes by pneumocystis , the same fungus that causes pneumonia in other patients with damaged immune systems.

Technically , yes: People who are confined to lying around (like after a stroke) often get pneumonia but if you're up and around some part of the day, you won't get pneumonia from spending part of the day "lying around".

Deep breath? : Chest pain with a deep breath or cough, improved lying down is pretty classic pleurisy. Pleurisy can be due to pneumonia or viral illness. There are also more serious causes. If you're short of breath, you should see your doctor.

i have broncitis. when i lay in my back my chest has a horrible rattle & i cough so bad i can't catch my breath. is this a sign of pneumonia ?

Pleurisy and lump: I would start with a repeat CXR before commenting on pain and cause of lump. When was the last one performed in relation to diagnosed pneumonia?

Rattling noise: Try using a bronchodilator three or four times a day. In addition try sleeping with several pillows and keep a vaporizer going when you sleep.

Yes: Sounds like he has a normal gag reflex (to help get stuff out or airways that shouldn't be there). It's not uncommon to spit up and cough if goes down wrong tube. Symptoms such as breathing issues or becoming agitated would be somewhat immediate.

Sounds like: you may have a sinus infection . This is a common complication of upper and lower respiratory infections....check with your PCP as to whether an antibiotic is necessary. The green color suggests PNEUMOCOCCAL sinus infection  JUST A THOUGHT!
