i had an abortion 4 months ago i been trying for another baby ever since.. i start using the ovulation kit and still no pregnancy what's wrong with me?

Depends: It is possible that you could have had an infection after the procedure. An infection could have caused some scarring in the uterus or even damaged one or both fallopian tubes. Or it is possible you just need a few more months. If you are worried then it is easy to have a fertility evaluation.

See your  MD: There  are many different  reasons  for  missing a period  ranging  from  hormonal imbalance  to   early  pregnancy.  It is important to  ask  your  M.D.  Who will  likely  want  to  obtain  more  history , perform an examination  and  obtain   lab tests   like  a  hemoglobin,  thyroid functions  and  pregnancy test  if  needed. She  may prescribe medications  to  help with  the problem.

i'm taking provera/clomid. bought an ovulation kit; i ovulated wed. i had sex with pull-out method mon-wed. when can i take a pregnancy test?

Question: Why "pull out method" if you are trying to conceive? A pregnancy test will be accurate after fourteen days from ovulation, if not slightly sooner, depending on the sensitivity of the test.

i used an ovulation  kit and the two highest days i hopefully conceived.  if i take a pregnancy  test will it come up positive  since i have pcos?

Maybe. Maybe not.: Today's home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by PCOS, but if done too early, a negative result may be due to testing too soon. A correctly done urine test will give a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. A woman can repeat the test if she did the first test too early.

See a doctor: Many people miss their periods without being pregnant.  It can be a sign of a hormonal problem.  Beyond diagnosing the hormonal problem, see a doctor as it's not good to have an irregularity as people with irregular periods have a higher incidence of osteoporosis.

OPK /UPT: An ovulation predictor kit will let you know when you are ovulating but isn't useful for confirming a pregnancy.  The urine pregnancy test can confirm a pregnancy.  Still, many pregnancies may not continue so you should contact your doctor to confirm the pregnancy with a blood test and/or ultrasound depending on your last menstrual period.

Use am urine: Hormones are most concentrated at that time. I wouldn't do this 2 times daily. Waste of money.

Yes : And you want to see if the Clomid (clomiphene) is working, Clomid (clomiphene) does not always work and she may need a higher dose or additional medication, or a different med, obviously your doc should be following you closely and you should be seeing him or her  after the Clomid (clomiphene) before the time of your period to make sure your wife didn''t get a cyst form the clomid, (clomiphene) your doc should have discussed all of this with you.
