i have freckles & i have now tried the retrieve cream and layered it on and no redness or tingling or anything? does this mean it won't work for me?

Freckles: usually do not cause skin cancer hence do not need to be treated. Most cream or lotion will be ineffective. Make up can be used to cover freckles. People who freckle easily may avoid exposure to sunlight and wear sunblock. If particularly concerned about looks laser treatment may be an option

i took proctor-med hc 2.5% cream for my hemorrhoids. after 5 days i discontinued because it was giving me bad side effects were it was numbing/ tingling/ echo pain in the head of my penis from top to bottom. its been three days & it still lingers?

: If the symptoms you are having are improving every day, then give it a little more time to completely resolve. If the symptoms are not getting better, or if they do not completely resolve in a few more days, then see your doctor to be certain that something else besides the cream are causing your symptoms. More info needed: What medicine do you take for high cholesterol and high blood pressure? Medicine can cause these symptoms as well as very dry skin and side effects of diabetes. Please consult with your physician asap.

my groin (pubic area) was itchy so i applied a anti-fungal cream (1% clotrimazole) but it irritated and burn my skin. how do i stop the burn/tingling?

See answer: It appears that you are either sensitive or allergic to some ingredient in the  Clotrimazole cream causing a "contact dermatitis".  Would recommend washing thoroughly with mild, neutral ph soap and apply an over the counter 1 or 2% Hydrocortisone cream or ointment 2-3x a day. Can take up to a couple of weeks to resolve depending on severity. Hope this helps.

taking metrogel 1% topical cream for a pilodinal cyst. had some tingling in feet, that went away. now have some tingling in my fingers,  is this ok? cream is draining the cyst well. i can feel everything, just tingly.

Unusual: It is unusual to get systemic side effects from a topical product such as Metrogel.  I am uncertain if the tingling is caused by it. Glad that your cyst is improving but  make sure that the healing will be complete before you do the victory dance.

Possible brain patho: Is it constant or intermittent. If tingling is indeed on whole left side including left face, left arm, left chest and left lower extremity without neck pain, it would indicate some pathology in right brain. See a neurologist.

Hair issues: Not sure what cream you used. Chances are the effects are reversible once it's been discontinued. I assume you're no longer using it. Just wait until your hair starts regenerating on its own.
