Zolpidem ?'s: Zolpidem taken in the amounts described will assist with initiation of sleep, but will soon become ineffective as accommodation to the dosage will occur.  Increase exercise, and consult your physician for other diagnostic approaches to sleep disorders.

i am facing health issue, masturbate problem while sleeping, one or two time in a week, is it dangerous? im so worried about my health

No harm: What you described will not cause any health problems. Contrary to popular misconceptions, masturbation does not cause baldness, dementia or any other health abnormality.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

for my fragmented sleep pdoc offered 1mg of clonazepam, or 25mg of chlorpromazine? which one is less dangerous short term (month or two of use) ?

Safe or efficacious?: Sleep hygiene is the most essential element to sound, restful sleep. For short-term use, 25mg of Chlorpromazine is a small dose--that's probably less dangerous. Clonazepam 1mg is more likely to help with fragmented sleep, but just 1 month seems a short trial. Either way, good luck!

accidentally fell asleep for less than an hour with my contacts in. eyes were pretty itchy at first but now i just have a cold sensation in one of them. no pain/red ive read this can cause major infection. does the itching sign of anything dangerous?

: Red flags for you to look out for include redness, irritation, discharge, blurry vision, or sensitivity to light. If any of these issues occur, I would see a doctor.
