Possibly: You may also have an uti, which presents with the symptoms you mentioned. Gonorrhea also presently commonly with purulent (thick mucoid) discharge and urethritis (some of the symptoms you mentioned. Chlamydia also presents similarly but with less purulent discharge. You should get a ua, and be screened for gonorrhea and chlamydia, if high risk sexual practices even consider HIV testing.

STD: Sexually transmitted disease needs to ruled out. Need to consult your Dr. Will require urinalysis, culture penile discharge etc, Hopefully this is benign urethritis and whitish discharge is semen

Irritable bladder: The symptoms you describe suggest irritation of the lower urinary tract ( bladder, urethra). This maybe due to infection, inflammation or pressure from something pressing on the area. Your doctor will want to rule out infection, pregnancy and growths that could put pressure on the bladder. If these have been ruled out, interstitial cystitis is possible. Your doctor can help sort this out.

: Dysuria is not a diagnosis, but a symptoms of some other diagnosis. You need further medical evaluation, including testing for both STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia) and for non-STD urinary tract infection. If no infection is found, it's possible you have interstitial cystitis or similar problem. See a urologist.

Other causes than UT: If your symptoms don't go away with antibiotics, you may have another condition that causes similar symptoms. You should see your doctor or a urologist for this so they can make a more refined diagnosis.

would a pelvic exam show cervical cancer if it was advanced enough to of spread to the bladder? i've been having extremely painful and frequent urination for weeks. dr said pee hole is swollen, recently had clamydia finished antibiotics?

: These symptoms do not suggest cancer, either of the cervix or anywhere else. A routine pelvic exam would immediately detect a problem if cervical or other cancer involved your bladder. Chlamydia could cause meatal ("pee hole") inflammation, but not after Rx with doxycycline or azithromycin. Also get checked for trichomonas and Mycoplasma genitalium. Good luck.

urinating frequently no burning but i do have pressure and abdominal cramping. when i went to bathroom and urinated a pretty good size of pinkish tissue came out. im 51 , not pregnant and just began menopause. its very painful the last week?

: Increase fluid intake at least 50% for next 2 days. If symptoms persists, see your doctor for urine test or empiric treatment for bladder infection. Good luck!
