Only in hospital: Intravenous Insulin works immediately and needs close-monitoring and so only given in-hospital setting--often small bolus and the as a slow drip in controlling acute diabetic ketoacidosis. Actually all Insulin can be given iv, but not recommended elsewhere besides hospital where you can be closely monitored. If you have concerns, consult doc. Good luck.

Accepted Answer

No other form: Presently, there is no other form of Dobutamine on the market.  Generally, when Dobutamine is used, one is seeking immediate action of the drug, if the drug was administered through just about any other route, it would take longer to act and the delay in action is not desirable.  This of course excludes CHF patients on chronic Dobutamine pump, my first sentence is directed at them.

Several reasons: Drugs given via an IV route have a chance to diffuse and dilute in the blood stream before hitting the capillaries of the periphery where they may have undesired effects.  In addition the IV route has a first pass through the lungs which may successfully filter out particle that could hurt an peripheral arterial bed.  IVs are also safer and more common.

OK: At this stage there should be no significant interaction with alcohol and that one dose of iv morphine.

It is possible: Depending on how much IV fluids were given and the state of renal impairment, it is quite possible that pulmonary edema could result.

Uncommon: Bicarbonate in intravenous infusion is uncommon and may be used infrequently to correct acid-base balance in metabolic disorders.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Hopefully yes: ...But some side effects accumulate and may become more noticeable as you go along. Keep your oncologist informed of any new symptom and best to you.

Likely nothing: This is a bit  more than a usual beverage and you state it is iv.
Most will respond by urinating.
Someone with a low blood pressure to rise or dehydration will feel better.
If the person is already overloaded or in heart failure they may feel worse or get short of breath  and  need medication.
For someone in shock this may not be enough fluid.
So it depends on more than coronary disease.

Depends: Generally, after Antivenin is administered, as long as no allergic reactions occurs, symptoms should begin to abate within minutes to hours.  However, this also depends on whether enough Antivenin is given.
