No, but a cyst could: Ovaries don't pop from blunt trauma, because they are small (size and shape of a large almond), are solid, and are deep in the pelvis. However, an ovarian cyst (a liquid-filled lump on the surface of an ovary) that keeps growing can get to several inches in diameter. Such a cyst could "pop" from trauma, which would likely cause great abdominal pain with internal bleeding (and a trip to the E.R.).

: Gastrointestinal disease requires evaluation from a GI physician.  A symptomatic "hiatal hernia" will occasionally require repair to limit the excursion of stomach into the chest cavity.

i was hit in the ovaries on accident and the next day i am bleeding heavy, severe pain if my ovaries are about to pop and pressure. what could this be?

Go to Urgent Care/ER: If you feel you have so much pain you must lie in a fetal position for some minor relief, you have to be seen emergently to rule out a possible ovarian cyst rupture, or appendicitis. May have nothing to do with hitting unless it was severely traumatic. Don't delay! Best to find out now what's going on if bleeding heavily/and pain/pressure! You could get anemic too!

felt many sharp pops where my left ovary is. lasted about 5mins and pain kept increasing until there was a larger pop. no residual pain. what's up?

I do not know: As described, I am not sure what you were hearing.  It could of been a groin strain and muscle issue, not sure if it was your Ovary you were hearing?  With no pain and no issues after the noise, I would just let it go and monitor the area.  If any pain or problems, then see your Dr.  Best wishes.
