Go to Urgent Care/ER: If you feel you have so much pain you must lie in a fetal position for some minor relief, you have to be seen emergently to rule out a possible ovarian cyst rupture, or appendicitis. May have nothing to do with hitting unless it was severely traumatic. Don't delay! Best to find out now what's going on if bleeding heavily/and pain/pressure! You could get anemic too!
