Here are some ...: Seeing few or some floating whitish particles in the urine is not uncommon but benign and usually occurs while urine is more alkaline with pH &gt; 7, reflecting what consumed. So, it is okay as long as being comfortable and having an unremarkable urinalysis.

Yes : There are many brands advertised that contain a stool softener. You could also take MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) or colace separately.

Hardly...: ur multi likely has 400iu  - less  than 1% of 50,000iu.  it wont matter.  whats more important to know is that if ur an average size the 50,000 weekly will only get u a level in the 30s.  to get closer to a level of 50 u will need at least 5000 iu a  day.  daily doses yield higher levels with less total dose.

Electrolytes: There may be unrelated electrolytes imbalance.  Please see a family dr. And have your blood levels checked.  You may also be suffering from spinal nerve root irritation in the lower back spine giving rise to the leg cramps.  The vitamins may just be a coincidence but if you are taking vitamins excessively b6 can give neuropathy.

Too much vitamins: Most people living in the USA and eating anything close to a regular diet do not need a multivitamin.  Many patients have headache and stomach distress with multivitamins, which is probably due to the multiple additional minerals as well as overdose of regular vitamins. Ask  your doctor to see if you have a specific deficiency to treat. Otherwise, stop using multivitamins and exercise more.

No: The rda is generally not enough to promote health, only mitigate disease.  High doses of b vitamins are great for stress (adrenal health), energy, memory and neuropathies. B vitamins are water soluble, so if your body doesn't need them, you will urinate them out.  My concern with GNC products is that the label may not reflect what is present (vitamins and fillers/toxins).

: There are no side effects of zinc in the amounts contained in vitamins or cold remedies.

Accepted Answer

No: I would suggest that you stay within the recommended daily dosage for Vitamin A.  Vitamin A,D,E, and K are fat soluble.  Any excess is not excreted in the urine.
