Probable hemangioma: The  common skin lesions to have are related to squamous or basal cell Ca's and appear as sores that scab but don't heal.  Melanoma is not usually a pinkish lesion but dark brown nevus.  It grows laterally by having variegated colors such as brown, black, grey or forms a nodular lesion.  Hemangiomas can appear as small pink skin grows or remain very flat, They cant be popped or if forced to, bleed

Different: A pimple is a small skin nodule usually secondary to inflammation ,  possibly associated with pus and usually small in size with possible erythema. A nodular melanoma is a progression in development of the classic skin melanoma, mostly pigmented and firm with the irregularity in the underlying tumor pigmentation. Rarely it is associated with amelanotic melanoma.

: That is often the case.
Some melanomas begin as small flat patches then they grow very fast as they become biologically more aggressive; first they may grow inward (early invasion of underlying skin tissue) but later the growth becomes also exophytic (growing outward above the surface of the skin and thus producing a small "nodule"). Other melanomas may arise within flat or nodular nevi (moles)

See your doctor.: You should have your doctor look at this. It could be an infection which may need to be drained or treated with an antibiotic, but it is difficult to tell without seeing it. If you have a history of melanoma, you may want to have your dermatologist look at it.

Melanomas usually don't hurt but neither should moles. Please see a doctor to take a look and diagnose you properly. While a dermatologist might be ideal, a family doc, internist or someone at an urgent care center should be adequate.

Think common: Rare things (cancer) are rare. The description suggests a benign skin tag or cyst. Treatment if needed would depend on an exam that establishes the true nature of the lesion.

a cancerous mole was cut out a couple of years ago and the doctor managed to take out all the melanoma. a few days ago one of the scars started to swell from the inside. initially i thought it was a huge pimple but nothing but blood came out.

Mole: Best to have it rechecked asap. If melanoma, excision may not have been adequate. May need imaging studies, sentinel lymph node biopsy, further treatment depending on results

Exam needed: There are many possible reasons for what you are describing but one of them could (emphasize could) be recurrent melanoma. The only way to resolve this is to be examined and, if indicated, have a biopsy.

Doubtful: Sounds like sebaceous cysts based on your description but you should seek further evaluation. Typical skin cancers do not produce secretions.
