Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

How high?: Percentages mean nothing. If your absolute granulocyte count was slightly above the reference range without abnormal forms and you feel well, it means nothing; this fluctuates and a cold shower can double it.

Many causes: The ca-125 blood test is very sensitive-- in many cases it is too sensitive.  In certain cases, it can be a marker of certain types of cancer.  But in other patients, a modestly elevated ca-125 is not alarming.  Visit with your doctor to better understand the details of your case.

Antinuclear: Antibodies test is "non-specific" and may be associated with a number of "auto-immune" diseases the most common being LUPUS and Rheumatoid Arthritis. In your case it may be associated with Crohn's diease

Not likely: But alcohol taken up to 3-5 days prior to triglyceride test can increase the result,
At age 31, i would not worry. Do exercise, loose a few pounds, abstain from alcohol 3-5 days before test and repeat it.

A : A rising creatinine level indicates decreasing kidney function.  This can be caused by several different factors, but i suspect that, in your case, it's most likely due to your high blood pressure. The fact that you're on three different medications suggests that management of your blood pressure is difficult.

The most important thing you can do is to take your medications as instructed, follow the dietary restrictions your doctor has probably given you, and stay well-hydrated.  Yes, it may also be appropriate to change meds or doses, but that's something you'll need to discuss with your regular doctor.

Have you been tested for renal artery stenosis?  Narrowed arteries going to the kidneys can cause high blood pressure, and are potentially correctable. In addition, the group of antihypertensive medicines (of which Lisinopril is one) can worsen renal function in patients with renal artery stenosis.
