Get to a doctor: Please see a physician asap.  You don't say how long these symptoms have been going on.  They could be like the flu, but could also be like a more serious infection or condition.

i just got coblation tonsilectomy, haven't been eating just drinking ensures, i feel dizzy and nauseous due to lack of food... what can i do?

Not food issue: If you are drinking 4-6 ensure/day, you are getting enough nutrition to keep you going for a few days. However if that is ALL you are drinking, then you are likely dehydrated, as need about double that volume in clear liquids to stay hydrated. Try increasing Gatorade/Powerade and water to about 1 quart per hour (body cannot absorb more) if stomach tolerates &amp; see if improve. If vomit, need IV &amp; ER
