Many can: Non-hodgkin's lymphoma and hodgkin's lymphoma commonly cause swelling of lymph nodes.

But any cancer that spreads to a lymph node can cause swelling of the involved lymph nodes.

No lymph node spread: Stage  I  means, no lymph node spread, by pre operative evaluation, partial nephrectomy usually done for selective  small tumors upto 4 cm or  has less  post operative incidence of non cancer deaths

Chances are low: Are the lymph nodes inside- or down in the groin- both are found in virus infections.  Did you find out about the cysts with a CT scan?  Usually if there is any concern for cancer the doctors will tell you to get further testing
One good thing is that if this is going on for 2 months and not causing weight loss or fever then it is less likely cancer- I would recommend talking with your doctor

Usually benign : In a young person, most causes of swollen lymph nodes are infectious or reactive, therefore are benign.  Localized lymph node swelling is frequently due to localized infection.  Some infections can be serious however, such as tb.  Rarely cancer can present as enlarged nodes (lymphoma, hodgkin disease), so, a biopsy/removal and further lab analysis may be necessary to determine cause.

Posterior neck: there are many lymph nodes through out the body. Neck is one of areas that has a lot of lymph nodes. Yes, lymph nodes can be swollen up as a reaction process  in different settings like  infection, inflammation, cancer, etc.

Evaluation needed: While lung cancer can present like that, there are a fewl other causes for chest lymphadenopathy and a pulmonary nodule, including infectious and inflammatory diseases. Without a doubt, further evaluation is mandatory, likely with a pet scan and likely a diagnostic biopsy. Of course the medical history is important (smoking, history of other cancers etc).

Nodes: Lots of things can cause enlarged lymph nodes. Generally the ones around the aorta would be enlarged because of processes in the body below their level such as the pelvis or lower extremities. This is not a firm rule however as some systemic problems can also cause it.

Definitely: Swollen lymph nodes are one of the body's chief ways to ward off disease from infection, tumors, etc. Small lymph vessels connect each node like a string of pearls trapping cellular debris and fluid to be filtered, drained, and diseases destroyed by this lymphatic system located everywhere throughout the body.  Poor oral hygiene can lead to infection which drains to the nearby lymph nodes.
