Why low?: An adult male should not be low in iron unless there is some hidden bleeding going on. It would be prudent to see a doctor to ascertain the cause of his low iron and correct that cause. You could raise his iron level by giving him oral iron supplement but that may just cover up a serious underlying disorder.

Find the Cause: Since you are anemic, there has to be a cause, like excessive blood loss. Your doctor  can help you to find the cause which will require some further testing. Let the doctor prescribe supplements once he/she has found the cause of your anemia.

Yes and yes: The first thing to go down low is the iron storage. If you don't fix it- eventually you are going to become anemic. Yes, you can take iron supplement by mouth 3x/day. But most importantly is to find why your iron is low. You should have a GI work-up- egd and colonosocpy and check your urine- to check blood in urine. If + blood in urine- you need imaging study, perhaps  urologist etc. Go to see gp.

No.: Just eat a healthy diet with dark greens and/or red meat for a few days.

Maybe...: Ingredients include: Each 10 ml dose contains:
- Iron (from ferrous gluconate) 7.50
- Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 1.00mg
- Riboflavin sodium phosphate (Vitamin B2) 1.25mg
- Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 500.00 microgram
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 600.00 nanogram
- Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 10.00mg
- Rosa canina (Rosehip) ext. equiv. to fruit dry 99.00mg, other herbals.

No effect: Iron should not affect your pressure. I have never seen that side effect, nor is it listed in the information about the medication. The classic side effect of iron is stomach upset. Good luck!

Yes it can: Weight gain can absolutely increaase your blood pressure.  I recommend regular exercise (which can decrease your blood pressure even when you dont loose weight), and a healthy diet.   Also sodium   (salt) can increase your blood pressure , so i recommend taing in < 1500mg a day if you have high blood pressure.
