Though disorder: These are serious symptoms. Have you been diagnosed with a mental health condition?  I am not sure what your question is. However, what you are describing may be caused by a thought disorder and/ or other medical conditions.  If you are not under the care of a specialist, then please get that help as soon as possible.

i have insomnia tried trepiline but had undesired side effects. was advised to try dormonoct, doesn't work most of the time and when it does i have hallucinations. any other alternative?

Sleep hygiene: Including balanced activities during the day with at least some physical activity, ideally outdoors, no tv or computer before bed time, light dinner hours before bed time, avoiding or reducing coffee and alcohol are only few suggested changes. Nights mirror our days and they are not all meant to be the same.

hi. so i just withdrew myself off alcohol and its not the first time.  its been awful.  my question is insomnia is one symptom. i havent slept in four days, finally tried and had closed eye hallucinations which has never happened. how  do i sleep?

Not likely.: Mild to moderate insomnia in and of itself is not likely to cause psychosis.

can one use a sedative to combat atroiza's side effects. side effects like insomnia, aggression, hallucinations etc?

Defavirenz: Atroiza is a generic version of Atripla. It contains defavirenz that can be the cause of sleep disturbance and mood changes and "feeling crazy" Often these symptoms get better over time, but if they do not, it can be a reason to change the medication regimen.

It can: Thinking 'too much" on certain topics can make you anxious and lead to insomnia.  Some people's minds won't shut off at the end of the day -- they're still worrying about accomplishing tasks or making sure they don't forget something important. It may help to simply write down a list of these things, so your mind will know you have them -- and it doesn't need to keep reminding you!

Sleep deprivation : Depriving yourself of good sleep patterns can set you up for a disturbance in your sleep patterns, much as shift workers have to deal with.  Try to maintain consistent sleep habits as much as possible to avoid disruption to your rest.  Occasional "all nighters" with study or fun activities is ok, but try not make it a habit, or it could backfire on you.

would anxiety and insomnia today lead to mental health problems in future years?

Yes: Sleep is very necessary.  If anxiety interferes with sleep, then depression may soon follow.  See your pcp or a psychatrist and be evaluated.
