It can: Thinking 'too much" on certain topics can make you anxious and lead to insomnia. Some people's minds won't shut off at the end of the day -- they're still worrying about accomplishing tasks or making sure they don't forget something important. It may help to simply write down a list of these things, so your mind will know you have them -- and it doesn't need to keep reminding you!
