Not always: Sinusitis can cause facial tenderness.  I see way to many chronic headache patients that are concerned about sinusitis and have clear sinus ct scans.  May be migraines.  Ask your doctor for further testing.

Yes: All the above symptoms can be caused by a sinus infection. See your md if your condition isn't improving. Sometimes antibiotics need to be prescribed.

Sinus symptoms: Yes, infections such as this one may cause many of these symptoms.  Especially when there are flares of the infection.  Fever and sinus drainage should also be symptoms for sinusitis.

ENT specialist: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (bppv) is a well documented disease caused by loose otoconia (ear stones) in the inner ear.  It should be easily diagnosed and treated with various head maneuvers.  The sinuses in the face should not produce vertigo because they are not anatomically nor physiologically connected to the balance mechanisms.  Therapy may initially make you more vertiginous.

Causes: A full neurological examination is done to look for an underlying neurological cause for symptoms. It sounds like your pcp thinks you have a sinus problem.

Yes: The sinuses can affect the function of your Eustachian tube, which can cause pressure radiating to your ears.  You could try a decongestant to see if it relieves your symptoms.  If your symptoms persist, then see your doctor.

Anxiety: It is unlikely that anxiety causes mucus build up but if you want a definitive answer then a CT scan of your sinuses would answer the question.
