Low sodium, faint: Weakness, faint feeling can be  from dehydration  which is why BUN is high and sodium is on the low side.    Low sodium can cause weakness- I usually see it  when &lt;130. The chest pain  in a 60 year old is serious and needs to be seen in an ER today

i just got my blood test results back after having weakness, crazy fatigue and chest pain since covid in july. had a ct done of lungs and brain was normal, my blood tests are all normal except my co2 was 21 and my creatinine was .58. should i worry?

: No need to worry. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern.    Wish you good health!

High Blood pressure: 194/122 blood pressure is very high, and at age of 64 this is dangerous as it may lead to blood vessels damage, brain and heart affection. please seek medical care ASAP

Hyperthyroid: Both can cause it although hyperthyroid is much more likely to cause chest pain.  Don't change your medication without discussing with your doctor first.

i started taking 5mg amlodipine 2 weeks ago, along with my regular atenolol (50mg) + clopidogrel. now i am having swollen hands, ankle and feet, warmth in my legs, increased urination at night and some dull chest pain. are these caused by amlodipine?

: Very likely. Amlodipine is notorious for causing fluid retention. Lots of alternatives. Check with your doc

: I think a heart rate of 130 is not a simple cardiac response to a minor upper respiratory tract infection without fever unless you took heavy doses of a decongestant or instilled too much decongestant nasal spray. Should you have recurrent bouts of such rapid heart rates you will need a cardiac ( EKG, heart monitir) &amp; thyroid workup.

If it is, then you should be evaluated by a mental health professional to determine the right treament for you.  Non-medicine treatment includes therapy, journaling, exercise, vitamins and herbal supplements. For severe depression medication and therapy work best.

Coronary artery (heart) pain is more typically a dull continuous pain, increase with activity, just left of the sternum and radiating toward the left sholder. It gives a sensation that there is pressure upon the chest. This latter finding is important. A doctor visit for evaluation is necessary

Pneumonia: This could certainly be a bad infection....You need to be seen asap by  doctor.  If x-rays don't show anything and the bloody phlegm continues, i recommend a ct.
