No: The causes of tinnitus is very numerous including noise exposure, head trauma, medications, and infections. Ear wax, though it can make tinnitus more conspicuous by making internal sounds more obvious, is not known to provoke tinnitus.

Ear wax: Usually you get some pain or decreased hearing but dizziness and tinnitus (ear ringing) can also occur. Try flushing with water. You can also mix hydrogen peroxide with water (1 part hydrogen peroxide and 9 parts water). If this doesn't work, you might need manual removal by a doc.

: Symptoms from ear wax can fluctuate. If you have no discharge from the ear, you may instill a few drops of oil in the affected or both ears. That will soften the wax and it will come out on its own.

ive been suffering with tinnitus for 5 months only on my left ear ive gone to many doctors and say my ear is okay i bought a otoscope camera and saw a big chunk of ear wax covering my eardrum could this be the reason for ringing? im 24 years old?

Possible: Yes, if you have impacted wax against the ear drum, it is possible to have tinnitus and vertigo.  It is uncommon, but possible.  It is imperative that you have an ENT physician properly clean out the wax and see if your symptoms disappear.

may not be related: Tinnitus is most likely unrelated to the presence of wax in the outer ear canal. Consequently, removing the wax may not be very beneficial. Tinnitus is unfortunately notoriously difficult to treat.

Dizziness: Extreme dizziness can be from many causes including severe infection, dehydration, increased pressure in the middle ear space, inner ear inflammation (labrynthitis), cardiac disease, stroke or TIA. An urgent care for formalized testing and in person neurological exam is likely required. Please get help.

i have clicking/popping sound in ear when i burp im almost 99% sure it isnt ear wax. i also have sudden onset tinnitus in right ear no noticeable hearing loss. could it be eustachian tube dysfunction and glue ear?

Recommend: Suggest you get audiogram and even have visit to ENT specialist.  Tinnitus can be associated with hearing loss, but the sudden attacks may raise question of Meniere's.  Hope this helps.

when i eat i can't hear someone talking to me or tv! my hearing is terrible. my mam has 2 hearing aids. i can't hear well if i'm walking down a corridor and someone talks to me? my doctor thinks it's ear wax but it's not. tinnitus sound in ears?

ENT doctor can help: A person with such symptoms can check her hearing by seeing and ENT doctor and an audiologist. She can call her primary care doctor to explain why she wants to check her hearing. Simple hearing tests can be done at some primary care offices. More complex hearing tests need to be done at at audiology office. There are many different causes for hearing loss, and the ENT doctor can figure it out.
