Xanax  ?'s: First trimester Xanax is associated with birth defects in newborns when that pregnancy in the "first trimester" included ingestion of Xanax.  Pregnancies occurring with no Xanax taken may have congenital anomalies, but not due to Xanax in previous pregnancies.

Possible to wait: till 12 weeks of the pregnancy. However, timing of starting is controversial, the benefit is clearly in favor of taking the aspirin, as your doctor as indicated.

Alzheimers: Although not definitive there are a number of studies that link Aluminum to Alzheimers. For my own use when I cook out using some Aluminum foil is likely a risk that I do not find an issue. I would be cautious about daily use of aluminum foil.

Category B: This should be safe in Pregnancy. This drug is a Category B, which means that there is no evidence of fetotoxicity. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is known to be safe during pregnancy, even in the first trimester, Tylenol (acetaminophen) is also a Category B.
