Category B: This should be safe in Pregnancy. This drug is a Category B, which means that there is no evidence of fetotoxicity. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is known to be safe during pregnancy, even in the first trimester, Tylenol (acetaminophen) is also a Category B. As always, this would be best discussed with your OB/GYN doctor. Please follow up with them closely.
