Stop alcohol: The alcohol dried out yor skin without helping a me. Use light moisturizer along with acne cream as tolerated and avoid using alcohol .Otc creams can contain salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide or sulfur. The sulfur of salicylic acid will better tiered on irritated skin.

No: The alcohol will eventually dry your skin and cause damage over time.  There are many better over the counter products that can help your oily skin and don't dry and damage it.

: Rubbing alcohol can burn when used on an irritated area. If it continues or you have burning with urination or discharge from your penis, you should see your doctor to be sure there is no infection. Sometimes applying Aquaphor to irritations can help to heal them meanwhile.

Be nice to it: Surface skin damage by over-doing the alcohol or peroxide should heal up by itself (but color will be irregular) if the person is nice to the skin and doesn't further irritate it. People usually try some plain white cream on the irritated skin, such as a facial moisturizer cream. Decreasing inflammation can also help, such as by using hydrocortisone cream a couple times a day for a few days.

No harm done: Next time you suspect something like this will happen, start up with a salicylic acid face wash as tolerated, or topical benzoyl peroxide if you have it. Rubbing alcohol isn't a good idea in this sort of situation -- it hurts your tissue more than it does the bacteria -- soap and water is much better for clearing the debris that gives the bacteria an advantage. Your physician's a resource.

Shouldn't: As a general rule no liquid/lotion/ointment you put on your skin has anything absorbed to a degree it would enter the blood. If it doesn't enter the blood it can't get to baby. Rubbing alcohol is a drying agent and I can't see how it would benefit anyone with acne. Some use it as a mild cleanser &amp; then moisturize.

if i accidentally spilled maybe 4-5 cap fills of rubbing alcohol what are my chances of getting sick? i was trying not to inhale but accidentally took a wiff. lungs felt like they were burning after and head pressure 3 hours later. will i die?

: You will not meet your maker. Relax, hydrate, and try to avoid further exposure. A wiff will not do you much harm.

: Yes, it can, as alcohol is irritant and will cause local chemical inflammation, pain and swelling. There must be a reason for why you decided to rub alcohol on your genitals (a potential infection/rash?) and that by itself can cause above symptoms as well. Or in other words a different cause contributing to your symptoms cannot be ruled out, best to have your doc examine and make recommendations.
