Helps comfort: The addition of some solution will allow the lens to easily 'float' onto the eye.  It can also help keep the lens stable until it settles in.  It does insure against the lens being too dry.  If your tear flow is low it will also help.  Many find that tear supplements during the wearing of a lens is also useful.

Many causes: There many causes of low sodium. They include medicines, drinking too much water, kidney disease, adrenal disease, etc. There are tests which can help determine the cause. Her doctor should be able to figure it out.

Yes: Both may be used for soft contact lenses. Of course they have different functions. Opti-free is used to clean, disinfect, & store soft contact lenses. Visine rewetting drops are used to re lubricant contact lenses after they are removed, and then replaced back on the eye's cornea. This is done to help relieve dry eyes.

Many options.: Treatment depends on the underlying cause.  Surgical intervention may be of benefit in cases of  spinal disc herniation.  In case of trauma, others may need repair or grafting of the nerve.  For some the walkaide system, which is a functional electrical stimulation device, can be helpful.  Others may benefit with a drop foot brace.  Get evaluated and get the proper referrals.

Gas at night: Avoid foods that are gas producing. Organize his evening meal earlier in the evening and arrange for a visit to the toilet before bedtime. A trial of a lactose free diet may be indicated. All the best.

See details: Vibrocil contains both a decongestant and antihistamine. I do not believe that are any identical products available in the U.S. Although this med is available through amazon.Com and ebay.

No: You should not put all-in-one contact lens solution directly into your eyes.  Instead put a small drop onto the contact lens before inserting it.  If your eyes are dry, put artificial tears for contact use into your eyes.  Contact lens solution is harsh.  Sterile saline is better and easier on the eyes.

for a while now i have being observing some drops of blood like liquid after i urinate. what's the cause and solutions? thank you.

You need medic check: It is important that you get your Urine checked(Urinalysis), preferably after meeting with your Primary care physician first. This test will show Red blood cells(RBCs) if you have any bleeding from your urinary tract. This can be due to several causes for which your doctor can check you further once the Urine test results are available and if they are abnormal.
