It depends.: Some people may be very sensitive to low doses of meds, especially if you have liver disease or your liver enzymes are slow metabolizers of drugs. You could develop serotonin syndrome w/ low doses of Lexapro (escitalopram) & tramadol. Let your doctor know if you experience nausea, flushing, diarrhea, headaches, profuse sweating, muscle twitching, rigidity, confusion, hallucinations or seizures.

Probably okay, but..: Interaction between Aspirin and Lexapro that inhibits the uptake of serotonin in platelets and therefore makes it more likely for there to be an upper G.I. Bleed associated with Aspirin use. There are also potentially significant interactions between Lexapro and wellbutrin (bupropion), (bupropion) Lexapro and tramadol, and wellbutrin (bupropion) and tramadol. Combination of medications should be monitored closely by your doctor.

Lexapro and xanax: I looked it up and found a "minor" interaction between lexapro and xanax.  You should discuss this with your doctor.

Probably yes: Very little of the nasal steroid actually enters your bloodstream. This why it is safe to use in kids. So you should be good to go.

Yes, but....: The suggested dose is 2 tablets every 4-6 hours. I guess you could take 4 but can not take more than 8 in a 24 hour time period.

: Both of the medications on rare occurrence can cause hallucinations. Therefore, taking the two together may have an increased risk of hallucinations. However, there is also a very good chance you will be just fine. If you are worried, continue and finish the clarithromycin and take something different for pain while taking it.
