Statin drugs: Statin drugs all can have side effects similar to what you are experiencing.  I would advise you not to take any statin drug.

Hello. : Hello. I am wondering if your hypothyroidism is being treated there are many general physicians who feel comfortable treating thyroid conditions. Internal medicine doctors and endocrinologists also take care of endocrine conditions.  Approaches are usually similar. 
 If you have a number of conditions, it may require require different supplements as well as medications. If your hypothyroidism is not being treated, i would ask your provider about this.

: If you're not experiencing chest distress with exertion with relief by resting, I can't see a diagnosis of angina here. Angina almost always is caused by significant coronary artery blockage. Has an outpatient monitor demonstrated significant cardiac arrhythmia when you have palpitations while lying down or could this be anxiety? If anxiety is an issue I recommend stress management therapy.

Ask your doctor: This is a very important question to ask your doctor, because different docs have slightly different ideas on this. Ideally, thyroid hormone should be taken on an empty stomach - at least 2 hours after and 1 hour before eating, and at least 1-2 hours away from any source of iron or calcium. That can be hard and cause ppl to miss pills.  Some docs are more flexible on these guidelines than others.

See below: A balanced diet is still the best way to gain weight, together with increasing muscle tone. Additional protein during exercise can help this. Don't forget to drink fluids. Medication used for wt gain are usually just used for people who have very poor appetite like pts going thru chemo. Good luck.

Thyroid: Restart your thyroid medication immediately and meanwhile call your doctor for more instructions.  Work out a reminder system so you do not repeat this in the future as it is very important to take your medication regularly in the morning on a empty stomach and do not eat for 1-2 hours afterwards.
