Can't be exact about: The cause of headaches because there are several major types, e.g., vascular, sinus, muscular, tension, etc.

Can irritate you: I assume bland diet is to give G.I. tract a rest. Non steroidal inflammatories, of which aspirin and ibuprofen are 2, can cause irritation as well as bleeding from the stomach.

No: There are 6 classes of nsaids. Aspirin (salicylic acid group) & Ibuprofen (proprionic acid group) are in 2 different classes. You may not get hives if you take an NSAID from one of the other classes. Tread carefully though. Repeat exposure to a med you are allergic to can lead to more serious side effects (breathing/swallowing troubles). Consider seeing allergist for testing.

One time only: On a one time basis you might develop gastritis or an upset stomach .But on a regular basis you could develop serious bleeding problems.

NSAIDS: NSAIDS are associated with such side effects. In your case, you are young and NSAIDs may not cause heart attack or stroke at this stage. People with underlying atherosclerosis and with plaque formation in their arteries are at higher risk. If you can avoid, that is preferable as Routine use of  NSAIDS may contribute to gastritis, peptic ulcer, kidney damage etc.

It's fine.: In the future, try to take them with food due to the adverse effect on the stomach lining causing heartburn and irritation. NO: Depending on your reaction to aspirin, if you develop hives, swelling, abdominal cramps with diarrhea and shortness of breath from Aspirin you should avoid all non steroidal antiinflammatory drugs, including advil (ibuprofen).
