No Problem Here: Hydrochlorthiazide if taken with Ibuprofen will increase the blood level of ibuprofen by acidic drug competition for renal tubular clearance.But the dosage of both the meds you are taking is so small as 1 advil only has 200 mgm of ibuprofen and it will not cause any problem and may make advil more effective for pain.And 12.5mgm od Hydrochlorthiazide is also a small dose.Discuss with your doctor.

Better to take a 3rd: It is better  not to mix these  drugs  which are called NSAIDs - non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. If necessary if your  health allows  you can take a 3rd alive. You need to discuss this with your  physicians to be certain  ti is  OK with your total health picture.

Fissure: This sounds like an anal fissure which is a split in the lining of the rectum. It is very painful and often causes bleeding. There could be other causes so be sure and see your physician and get examined.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) used as directed safe, no risk of hart disease;but xcessive can cause liver problems.Concerned that ur Bp still too high. Keep daily record of ur bp and review with ur doc to adjust meds accordingly. Headache from HBP usually caused by higher pressures than urs, but it may be related.

Not long if lucky: If you do not develop rare but possible life threatening issues from the drug and you are speaking of the "anticoagulation" effects sort of like aspirin, it is a weak anticoagulant and only lasts a few hours after the last dose.
