okay to double down on otc pain meds? can i take advil and tylenol (acetaminophen) at the same time?  i have heard you can, but is it possible to overdose?

Yes, : Yes, advil and tylenol are not the same class of medications, so they can be taken at the same time. Advil (also known as ibuprofen) is a "non-steroidal anti inflammatory drug" or nsaid. The dosing for an adult is 400-600mg every 6 hours. Avoid this class of medicine if you have ulcers, bleeding trouble or kidney trouble. Tylenol (or acetaminophen) is in it's own class, the dosing is 650-1000mg every 4 hours, not to exceed 3 grams per day. You should avoid this if you drink alcohol heavily or have liver disease such as cirrhosis or hepatitis.
Since both of these medicines are intended for pain and fever, i assume it is one of these reasons that you are taking it? For fever, it has been shown that taking them together or alternating Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen does not significantly reduce fever more than taking one of the medicines alone. For pain, there are no good studies that I am aware of to show that taking them together will give you improved pain relief.

What for?: Why are you taking this many pain pills? If the pills you have taken have not provided relief, taking more will only cause toxicity without providing relief. If you have severe pain, consult your doctor or go to the emergency room of a nearby hospital for an evaluation.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

: Some actually suggest you do so. I have no reason to believe it would interfere with the vaccine or increase your risks of any side effects. It may reduce some of the soreness many experience.

Med interactions.: Per Drugs.Com drug interaction checker, there is moderate potential for a drug interaction when escitalopram &amp;  ibuprofen are mixed. There is ^ bleeding risk BUT this is more likely if there is renal/ hepatic disease or you are elderly.  Many people take this medication combination with no problems. Hope you feel better soon.

See below: Without knowing whether you have normal kidney function as well normal liver function it difficult to answer.  If everything is normal, the advil can be taken every 8 hours, and tylenol (acetaminophen) every 6 hours but no more than what is recommended on the packaging.

i started coughing a bit & have a slight temp 99.1 i read that you shouldnt take advil or tylenol right away , so as to let the body fight the virus , is that a good idea ?

Temperature : That temperature is normal. A fever starts at 100.4.  I would not recommend treatment to manage a normal temperature alone. Common cold viruses are treated by a normal immune system and a healthy lifestyle.
