Now would be fine: You have a long-term tolerance to ativan (lorazepam). Oxycodone does not last long in your system and your dose is low. The half-life is 3-4.5 hrs, so by that time your oxycodone blood level has dropped 50%. Always take your medication according to your doctor's directions.Best wishes.

Very cautiously : Ativan (lorazepam) can be used with narcotics with close physician management. The sedating properties of the medications are increased when used together and respiratory depression is increased. Use without doctor management can lead to death.

Try holding Ativan: till done with the Oxycodone, if not feasible, a 6-hour interval would be fine, however you haven't mentioned the dosages you are on. Norco and Oxycodone are almost the same , your doctor/pharmacist would help you better as both are scheduled drugs and should be closely monitored, they do interact and can cause CNS and respiratory depression,so be cautious,lowest effective should be used if needed

Overusing a drug: Yes. It is addictive behavior to take this drug daily and then to take it several times per day.  This drug is numbing you up.  It is a sedative. It is not treatment or prevention or a cure for Anxiety.  The drug should be used extremely sparingly given it's significant risk of causing addiction.
