Vaping is unknown: The issue with vaporizing (tobacco or marijuana) is the unknown of the ingredients.  These are not regulated solutions and have a lot of variability in what they contain.  Unless you know exactly what was put into the solution you are inhaling substances that may effect your health.  Big issue here in washington state as we just legalized marijuana but still a lot of unknowns.

The smoke and dirt from the smoking and anything else which you inhale is cleaned out in this way.  Breathing in smoke is not good for you!  I hope this answers works!

Psychoactive drug: Smoking a seed will not matter. However, smoking weed is affecting your brain. Rather than self medicating with weed, you should consult a behavioral health specialist, as psychiatrist for proper treatment.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Drug interaction: there is not enough data at this point to say whether or not the HPV shot would be affected by marijuana, but I would not expect there to be negative effect. make sure that the marijuana does not affect your judgment and prevent you from getting the other two shots needed for full effect of the HPV vaccine. not enough known about the effects of marijuana on the brain of adolescence. Be careful.

Bad idea: Smoking (inhaling smoke, which is full of lung irritants and cancer-causing chemicals) of any kind is unhealthy and bad for patients. There is rarely a need for smoking marijuana, but some people want to and like to smoke pot. However, if one's doctor has prescribed weed as a medical treatment, the risks and benefits will have to be compared.
