Be careful: Besides fatigue, mononucleosis can cause an enlarged spleen and liver... Contact sports should be avoided to avoid rupture of the spleen/liver... Best to be checked before resuming sports.

More information: Sounds like you must have had an xray; underneath the cartilage there is some swelling which could be the results of trauma. Without more information about the area involved it's hard to say more.

You can: You may continue to play if it does not cause too much discomfort.  Make sure your shoes and cleats are of good design, fit and not worn out.  Make sure you stretch thoroughly before and after soccer, and consider having arch supports in your shoes.  Your podiatrist can provide specific guidelines for you.

Yes: It is certainly reasonable to continue participating if you are not in much pain and feel that you are able to perform at the level you expect. There is some thought that fai can predispose you to osteoarthritis at a younger age. It is important to discuss this with an orthopedist to include possible physical therapy as well.

ACL tear: The acl is the main ligament that keeps your shin bone from sliding out from under your thigh bone.  There are people who can function without one but not usually playing a sport like soccer. The greatest risk is that you will go on to tear your meniscus and other cartilage and cause greater damage to your knee. I do not advise my patients to play soccer without a reconstruction.

No: You shouldn't play until you are healed. A painful knee is an unreliable one; it can give way causing additional injury to your knee or something else. You can worsen the tear and convert a sprain or partial tear into a complete tear. You risk compromising the quality of the final result by premature return to play. A nonoperative injury can become one that requires surgery.

Needs to be checked: Ask your parents to take you to the Pediatrician or your family doctor and get you examined to find the cause of your headache and get appropriate treatment

Cause more injury: As a general rule, if you have injured your back, you may not be able to play well due to the pain, since it may affect your running and overall movements required to play soccer, and possible lead to other injury or aggravate the back pain.

Yes: Typically after a septoplasty, patients are advised to avoid strenuous activity for 10-14 days, after which normal activities can be resumed.
