Yes: The act of intercourse can push bacteria into the uretha.  Would suggest emptying your bladder immediatly after intercourse, and if this keeps occuring talk to your health provider for a prophyllactic medication--like macrodantin--to take after intercourse.

No: Only women are at risk of contracting a urinary tract infection from intercourse. That's because a woman's urethra, or urinary tube, is short and located near her vagina, and having sex may push bad bacteria into the urinary tract, causing an infection. A man's urethra, however, is much longer, which makes it harder for bacteria to enter his bladder.

No: The typical bacterial urinary tract infection does not transmit from a woman to a man via the man's mouth. There may be rare cases of viral, parasitic, or bacterial infections transmitted from a woman's bladder to a man's bladder, through his licking, but that would be a rare event. So, no worries.

Get seen: There are plenty of antibiotics to choose.  I never yet found a woman allergic to everything.

UTI: Highly unlikely that you will get UTI from a partner with kidney disease.  Cannot even think of a way in which this could happen.
