No: The typical bacterial urinary tract infection does not transmit from a woman to a man via the man's mouth. There may be rare cases of viral, parasitic, or bacterial infections transmitted from a woman's bladder to a man's bladder, through his licking, but that would be a rare event. So, no worries.
