Consult your doctor: Could be a common cold or strep throat.  If you are concerned consult the child's doctor.. If you can take the child's temperature . With congestion it is some what less likely to be strep, but your child should be examined.

Sure: This is seen commonly!   A baby or toddler may just get a runny nose and cough for three days, and then the adults exposed to the child may get "bronchitis"  with more manifestation of coughing during the illness.

Not listed : The company lists kid use for ages  6-12 yrs. I don't see a problem with the contents but use that young is at your own risk. Using ice chips, Popsicles or chilled fluids is the mainstay of management. Using a mix of diphenhydramine (benedryl) with milk of magnesia, 1 tsp every  4 hrs as a swish/swallow works for some.

my 24 year-old cousin tested positive for covid on his throat swab. now he is complaining of sore throat. can we give him difflam throat spray (benzydamine hydrochloride)? i used the same for throat pain when i underwent tonsillectomy.

COVID concerns: Benzydamine is  nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that acts as a local anesthetic for  inflammation of mouth and throat. Although this can be used, if he develops other symptoms- it may be beneficial to take an oral medication that would effect the whole body (like acetaminophen or an NSAID).  WHO reversed it's previous recommendations against use of NSAID's.

: I would recommend having his doctor examine him as he is already taking many medications for his symptoms. The Mybulen has a combination of several pain medications, so there is no other pain medication to give in combination with that. He should also have his ears checked to see if he has an ear infection. He may need a test for strep throat also. Hope he feels better soon.

Bacteria laughing!: Bacteria are laughing!  do "antiseptic" lozenges kill bacteria?  Only in the mind of the food and pharmaceutical industry.  Moreover – sore throat is more often caused by the viruses, not by the bacteria.  Another misconception promoted by the pharmaceutical industry.
