Not listed : The company lists kid use for ages 6-12 yrs. I don't see a problem with the contents but use that young is at your own risk. Using ice chips, Popsicles or chilled fluids is the mainstay of management. Using a mix of diphenhydramine (benedryl) with milk of magnesia, 1 tsp every 4 hrs as a swish/swallow works for some.

Ear check: Please see your pediatrician for an exam if the pain is severe or lasts more than a few days. Check her temperature and treat fever with Tylenol or Motrin. Soothing fluids such as chicken soup or cool beverages may help to relieve the throat pain. An ear examination and Strep test may be performed by your PCP.
