Wait a few days...: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.

Unlikely: Unlikely to get pregnant with the birth control you described. Still, urine pregnancy tests are inexpensive and quite accurate.

Yes, : Yes, that is a very good question.  It is impossible to know exactly when a woman ovulates.  Typically, it is about two weeks after the first day of her last period, but this varies a great deal.  If the hormones are "out of whack", so to speak, then ovulation is very difficult to predict.  Some women also have irregular periods or even spotting that is not actually their period, which also makes it difficult to predict.  Therefore, you are right; unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy on almost any day of the cycle.

my gf got sperm on her hand then went to bathroom and washed it off with soap and water, possible a bad wash. she dried with a towel and came back. few mins later she touched her clit but didnt go inside. can she get pregnant?

: highly unlikely, sperm needs a fluid medium to migrate from the uterus up the fallopian tubes to the ovaries.  A dry single solitary sperm to go from his fingers would be almost impossible

No problem: Isotretinoin does not decrease the effectiveness of hormonal contraception.  In fact, women who are going to take Isotretinoin should use some form of hormonal contraception so that they don't get pregnant while on the drug or they need to abstain from all forms of sexual activity.

: Certainly. An erect penis is secreting sperm containing semen constantly. It only takes one to trigger pregnancy. The "main load" just has a higher concentration. If you keep this up expect to get pregnant. If you want to avoid pregnancy use a dependable form of birth control.
