For of counter use ?: This medication is used to reduce the sleepiness in narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea and as adjunctive use of a stimulant for ssri.  If you took 200 mg (maintenance dose) and side effect is itching, it might be a serious allergic reaction?
Inform your doctor if your condition persists or worsens.

: Adderall is a controlled substance closely monitored and regulated in the US. It is an amphetamine. Any doc who would prescribe or arrange to ship it to you from the US could lose the permit to prescribe it and their medical license. It would also risk criminal prosecution to the doc and you for allowing the process. Speak to your local doc about alternatives to try.

Maybe (not) . . .: Looks like you're in the UK while the docs on this forum are on the other side of the pond. While I can't speak for other docs, I'd ask you to review side effects of Provigil (modafinil) http://www.drugs.com/sfx/provigil-side-effects.html. I don't recommend medications &amp; treatments unless desired benefit exceeds potential risk. And unless you have a documented sleep disorder, it's not work risk.

Drugs: Before moving to drugs it is advisable to get a diagnosis. Best would be to establish with a local doc, talk about your symptoms, have a physical exam and having tests done that will prove a diagnosis. A prescription will be in place once a clear plan is delineated.
