Yes--by internet: It is legal to import "reasonable amounts" of non-scheduled drugs from overseas for personal use. Because Modafinil and Armodafinil are "Schedule IV", it is somewhat problematic--technically illegal (but not very). I doubt if you will have a problem. These drugs were originally developed in France. Overseas drug quality is very good, and cost is a lot less than in the US.
