Probably: Some of the medications you take will get into the breast milk but given the severity of your rash, i think the risk /benefit ratio favors taking the medications since the medications would be present in only trace quantities and not likely to affect your infant. 
How did you get a nettle rash in an austrian winter? 
I'd have thought that an edelweiss rash would be more likely :)).

Bracing  anti-inflammatories: Other treatments can include oral anti-inflammatories, bracing to shift weight from the affected side of the knee to areas where there's healthy cartilage, or injection therapy called visco-supplementation.

Yes.: Cortisone or other steroid injections are common treatments for shoulder pain, related to rotator cuff injuries. Partial thickness rotator cuff tears and shoulder impingement syndrome respond well to steroid injections. Full thickness rotator cuff tears will remain painful and weak after injections and therapy. Only surgery can repair a full thickness rotator cuff tear.

i have carpul tunlel i got cortisone injecksions and it got worse i move my wrist at all and get the shock feel i used  to squees my tools and get the skock. i went and got cortisone shots and now if i move my wrist at all i get the shock much worse than

A : A cortisone injection accompanied by the use of a splint is one way to treat carpal tunnel syndrome by reducing swelling around the nerve in the carpal canal, reducing pressure on the nerve and hopefully reducing symptoms.  However there are times when the injection is not enough and surgery is needed.  Many surgeons will try cortisone shots in an attempt to help with out surgery.  A cortisone objection typically works in a few days but  can take as long as two weeks. 
The next step may be nerve conduction studies and emgs and consideration of surgery.

See Ortho: Pretty much rest initially after injury, physical therapy, and sometimes orthopedic surgery is recommended depending on your exam and test results.

Improve symptoms: You may have your symptoms improve/resolve, which may avoid the need for spinal surgery.

No rule of thumb: There is no hard and fast rule how many times cortisone injection can be given. It depends upon the severity of symptoms and the diagnosis. Generally if you had 3 injections in the same joint in one year then you need other treatment  like surgery.

i get cystic acne,only cortisone shots help. i'm trying to get pregnant is it still safe for me to get them can they affect conception or harm a fetus?

Acne: Cortisone is considered Category C - uncertain safety in pregnancy.  Topical treatments like clindamycin and erythromycin are considered safe in pregnancy and  may be a better option if you are trying to get pregnant.
