Cough: 4 weeks is quite a long time for this to persist. If you can contact a primary care provider you can discuss safe options for lung examination and other possible prescription options, that might help. Meanwhile stay well hydrated.

Relax: Eating those honey mustard pretzels should be fine as part of a healthy diet, just don't live off them.   Don't overdo it and you will be fine.  Large quantities could potentially cause a miscarriage, but the amounts that you get in a handful or two of pretzels is minor.  Risk of miscarriage is greatest in the first trimester, so if you want to play it safe, wait till you are 12-14 weeks.

Any antibiotic can..: ...cause stomach upset. The sugar in honey is a combination of 2 simple sugars (glucose &amp; fructose).  If your digestive tract isn't breaking,the sugar down right now, it may be difficult to digest.  Try leaving out the honey for now. Healthy foods: Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, good sources of protein including dairy and milk if able. Also need complex carbohydrates like grains, rice, etc. Avoid spicy, fatty, fried foods and refined sugar. Drink pleanty of water and fluids. Continue taking your prenatal vitamins daily.
