is it possible for me to take metronidazole and prenatal vitamins at same time?

Yes if not pregnant: Metronidazole is not safe to take in first trimester of pregnancy
but if you are not pregnant and taking Metronidazole you can take it while taking prenatal vitamins
if treating for trichomonas during pregnancy should be limited and carefully evaluated as it crosses the placental barrier and its effect on fetus is not known.

PN vitamins/flagyl: At 11 weeks it should be OK to take both Flagyl and your prenatal vitamins concurrently.

What are you eating: Boost is not a replacement for food when you are pregnant.  The prenatal vitamins,don't mean you don't need the vitamins,from food for healthy development.  Is there a reason you are,drinking boost?  What is it replacing?

i'm breastfeeding and i'm still eating prenatal vitamins. i don't drink milk, is it ok if i also take caltrate which has 600mg calcium + vitamin d3?

Yes: also some vitamin K2 at 50 to 100 mcg will help you use the calcium better.

what would cause elevated liver enzymes of  alt 70 and ast 36? i don't drink, only take 250 mg magnesium and prenatal vitamins for nursing.

Probably not a worry: Those levels are really borderline high.  If your not ill and have no other symptoms I would just get it rechecked in a month or so and don't lose sleep over it.

when should you stop taking prenatal vitamins?

Not for a while: Continue to take your prenatal vitamins until you are done breast feeding, which will hopefully be at least a year after you've given birth.  As long as you continue to take your prenatals, your baby will get a good dose of most vitamins directly from you.  The exception is vitamin d, which doesn't come out in the milk.  Supplement your baby with at least 400iu of vitamin d daily.
