Does he smoke meth?: Having sex with a meth user will not result in a dirty urine.  However if your bf is smoking meth, you could end up with being exposed to meth and have a dirty urine.

: Maybe not. I would expect it to remain up to 4 days in a heavy user who stops, no mater what they do to "flush" their system. If they go to a hair sample as a backup, it will retain evidence.

No Cleansers Exsist: There are no known ways to clear or mask a drug test on such short notice that are legal.  Any adulterant added would alter the ua enough to prompt a saliva/hair test.  
Barring a sudden and unanticipated reversal by the federal government of its "war on drugs", the best option is to get help and get clean.

Need to stop: The best way to avoid a positive drug screen is to stop using these types of drugs.  You need to be honest with yourself, and accept the fact you are using a very harmful substance. : Meth can be detected in a urine test up to 5 days after use.. It can be detected in a hair sample up to 90 days after use. It is broken down by the liver. Your test should be negative at this time. No harm in drinking plenty of water prior to your test though.

If you inhale: If you inhale the smoke from meth combustion, then you have gotten drug into your system, and your urine screen could be abnormal.

Sitting in a room with smokers, who are not smoking, should not cause exposure to you.

False positive: Many medications have similarities to the molecular structure of drugs of abuse, and ranitidine (the chemical in zantac) can give false positives.  Assuming you mean positive for methamphetamine, this is not a common false positive, but is reported. Almost any cold medicine (afrin, sudafed, phenylephrine and others) can also give false positive amphetamine results. Confirmatory tests are negative.
