Beet root juice BP: I would discuss with your Dr who knows you best.  Sometimes BRJ will turn urine bright red and you think you have blood in your urine. But it is just the pigment in the beets. I am not certain what you mean by together.  I would not take at exactly the same time.  Check your BP often so you can see if the BRJ is making a difference.  If not spend your money on something else.

Medications: that can interact with GRAPEFRUIT are "on the rise" Check with your Prescribing Physician or Dispensing Pharmacist for up to date however I cannot find a specific warning about BETA BLOCKERS of which Metoprolol is a commonly used example!

Sure. : Make sure you regularly take the synthroid (thyroxine) on an empty stomach.

Yes: Cranberry juice: no probema! grapefruit juice, however,  is a problem. Gilbert's "disease" is benign congenital condition that isn't a factor.

: Yes, you can drink cranberry juice but it makes no difference in most people. If it is effective and it does not cost much you can continue. Make sure you drink the sugar free products for limiting calories intake. Increase fluid intake 2 -2.5 liters a day is probably the most practical and effective way. By the medications you are listing, high fluid intake seems not a contraindication.

Prune juice: Some interference with absorption of those meds. Unless prune juice is used occasionally & as directed by your doctor.
