Medications: that can interact with GRAPEFRUIT are "on the rise" Check with your Prescribing Physician or Dispensing Pharmacist for up to date however I cannot find a specific warning about BETA BLOCKERS of which Metoprolol is a commonly used example!

Yes: Yes, you can drink grapefruit juice if you are on metoprolol tartrate. There is no interaction between grapefruit juice and metoprolol tartrate.
