Tylenol (acetaminophen) + alcohol: Alcohol will actually cause an increase in the toxic byproduct of tylenol (acetaminophen). This is a very dangerous combination.

No.: It is ill advised to consume these together. Both are metabolized in the liver and concurrent use can be dangerous.
