Not really: Not usually. It would be important to get an EGG and find your underlying rythm. Maybe there are some conduction abnormalities or issues with your Sinus node. Have in mind that if you don't have symptoms, no treatment necessary for bradyardia.  Unless you have a heart rate lower than 40 and  depressed ejection fraction usually &lt;40%

Several mechanisms : Hypertension (HTN) can resulting in ischemia and abnormality of the conduction system of the heart which may slow heart rate. 

After a head injury HTN and a slow heart rate are signs that there may be increase in intra-cranial pressure.

Yes: Atenolol is a beta blocker that slows your heart rate.If feeling ok and not dizzy/lightheaded it is ok.

Heart rhythm: You are describing a heart rhythm disorder that should be evaluated.  Atrial fibrillation may be at cause except that you are a little too young..  See your family doctor or cardiologist asap.

Concussion: The hypertension and bradycardia are unrelated to the concussion. Any raised intracranial pressure due to a concussion would have been at the time of the brain injury and would have peaked at 3-5 days. See your medical doctor for evaluation.

Possible: It's possible to have both. Pulmonary hypertension has various causes as does systemic hypotension. I recommend consulting a pulmonologist for evaluation and advice. These are both serious conditions. Appropriate testing will be done.

: At age "43", with even "mild" pulmonary hypertension, and a "normal ECHO" should be evaluated and treated by a cardiologist, especially when accompanied by "bradycardia, palpitations and a murmur".
