No: The HIV virus is spread by blood to blood contact such as an IV drug abuser sharing a needle with another and by unprotected sexual contact.  It can also be spread from mother to child during birth or breast feeding.  It is not spread through ingesting water.

: The main risk for this sort of thing is for enteric (i.e. intestinal) infections like viral diarrhea. HIV is not possible.

: Ask the person whose blood you touched they have HIV. If possible.   But chances are VERY unlikely that you got it. Best to discuss with a Dr. in Iran who knows about the chances there. You did not if you foreskin has any sores. Is so show to Dr. there.

No: It has been reliably documented that the HIV virus is only passed through blood or semen. It is not passed through saliva, tears, feces, urine, or sweat. You cannot get it from sharing water, whether it be drinking water or bath water.
