what are some ways to relieve stomach cramps that are a result of the hemmorroids?  i i have had no bm's for

Constipation: It is the constipation, not hemorrhoid that are the likely cause of stomach cramps. Take a laxative like Dulcolax. if that does not help you may administer yourself an enema like Fleets enema. If all that does not work, it would be prudent to see your doctor or go to an emergency room.

i have mucous and blood in my stool, not all the time but quite often. i suffer from terrible stomach cramps after just about everything i eat. what could be the cause? i also have hemorrhoids

Stool changes : I would consider inflammatory bowel diseases, such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. There are other possibilities. See your doctor

Provider: Unless your hemorrhoids are bleeding, your PCP should be able to manage your symptoms. Adding a stool softener/laxative might help and getting suppositories specifically for hemorrhoids. If you can't see your doctor go to the ER. All the best.

Diverticulosis, no.: Diverticulosis should not cause any symptoms you'd notice day to day.  Diverticulitis, an infection of the diverticuli, could cause bad stomach cramps along with fever and diarrhea.  If your symptoms are in between these two extremes, then maybe something else is causing them.
