Cardiologist: You need to see cardiologist to evaluate your heart valve with  echocardiogram .The cardiologist can determine if valve need to be replace or not.

my apple watch ecg gave a result showing signs of afib. i have had shortness of breath all day, as well as dizziness, rapid and slowed heart rate, and changes in vision. should i go to the emergency room?

Symptomatic AF: Recent onset of shortness of breath, dizziness, irregularity of heart rate, and vision changes are excellent reasons to get immediate evaluation in an emergency room (or urgent care, depending on location and local capabilities).  The report of vision change is notably concerning in the setting of atrial fibrillation, as stroke is a consideration with atrial fibrillation.

: Yes, that is atrial fibrillation with controlled rate which can be naturally or under medication effect.

Afib: The rhythm atrial fibrillation is not incompatible with a safe colonoscopy. Your dr. Performing the colonoscopy needs to know you have afib and what your treatment and other history is.

Afib is not okay: It would be unlikely at your age that you're having Afib but if you feel like you're having fast or irregular beats it warrants evaluation further. Talk with your provider. Also, avoid stimulants like caffeine or energy drinks.

Not Afib: Unless you are a very well conditioned athlete, your heat rate is low and you should consult a doctor for an evaluation.

No: Heart "vibrations" or palpitations are due to many different heart dysrhythmias.  They occur whith extra heart beats called premature atrial or ventricular contractions, or rapid heart rates including normal tachycardia or abnormal supraventricular tachycardia.  Atrial fibrillation is an  irregularly irregular heart rhythm.  Electrocardiograms or special monitors help define the rhythm type.

Wierd beat: To know what your heart rhythm is you need an ECG and perhaps a holter monitor if nothing is present on the ecg. This can show your abnormal rhythm and identify it.

57 yr old m. dx w/paroxysmal afib 6 days after 3rd moderna vax nov 2021,no vax since. primarily dr said vax likely caused afib.had mild covid dec 2022. hesitant to get the updated vax this fall. worried about more injury to my heart? advice?

: Did you actually have damage to the heart muscle, valves or pericardium as evidenced by EKG morphology abnormalities or echocardiographic abnormalities?   I don't think that A Fib is actually listed as a side effect of that vaccine but cannot be ruled out. It would be a rare side effect,though.  I think the benefits of their new upcoming vaccine outweighs the risks, but the final decision is yours
